Featherweight workout - This is the simplest of the three workouts.
Workout to a variety of clicks, rudiments and breaks. As well as warming you up before you play, this will help you to develop your timing and fluidity as well as give you some new breaks and fills for your repertoire. Each work-out is divided into Rhythms, Rudiments and Breaks followed by a Jam session.
The Rhythm section explores 1/4 notes, the Rudiments section is a 345 exercise, the Breaks section uses the kick, tom and snare, the Jam section is a jam to a click.
